How to place an order.
Placing an order on our website is simple! Just follow these four (4) easy steps.
- Select your preferred item.
(a) For apparels, select the correct size, color, quantity and add to shopping cart.
(b) For product, select color, quantity and add to shopping cart.
- When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart and confirm the order. You will be directed to the secured payment page.
- At the checkout page, you will be prompted to indicate your shipping/billing information and also your preferred payment mode.
- Be sure to review your order before clicking on ‘Confirm Order’ and do ensure the following:-
• Review the delivery address and choose the payment method. If you are a returning customer, these fields would have been saved from your previous transaction. You may make changes by clicking on ‘Change Address’ or ‘Change Payment’, if required;
• Do note the delivery lead time of each item;
• Apply promo code (if any);
• Confirm Grand Total Amount; and
• After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. The email contains the following:-
- Your order number;
- The order amount;
- The item(s) ordered;
- Your billing and delivery addresses;
- Quick link to our Return Policy here.
- Change or Cancel an Order.
Changes are still possible once you have checked out. If you wish to do so after checkout, we recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.
When you are ready to cancel your purchase, click on the ‘Cancel Order’. By default, the mode of refund is via BATIQUE Store Credit. Please allow 7 business working days for us to process store credit refund to your account. If your store credit is not refunded to your account after 7 business working days, please contact our customer service line at +603-5630 1267 / 017-7559067.
Change Delivery Address
You’ve just placed an order but realised you’ve made a mistake with your address? If it’s within the hour, please contact our friendly customer service line at +603-5630 1267/ 017-7559067 for assistance.
Exchange or Refunds
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer exchange. Only product(s) with defects, wrong colour and wrong size items sent by BATIQUE can be exchanged.
Kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the defect(s) and a screenshot of the said item with the defect(s). Your request will be reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days of its receipt. Please return your item(s) in its original condition and tags intact within (14) business days of from the receipt of confirmation email of your request to Batique Sdn Bhd, No. 131A, Jalan SS 17/1A, 47500, Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Failure to complying any of the above stated may result in your request being rejected.
Returning of the product(s) will remain the Client’s responsibility until we receive the package. We shall bear the shipping cost only if the product(s) was wrongly sent by BATIQUE.
